We are an organic community garden sponsored by Old Haverford Friends Meeting, the oldest house of worship in Delaware County. Our mission is to build a community of gardeners who believe organic gardening is a way to nurture and protect our planet's resources. |

All gardening must be ORGANIC, meaning no petrochemical-derived pesticides or fertilizers will be permitted. Lumber used for constructing raised beds may not be "treated" lumber, and any weed barriers installed must be biodegradable. |
Current gardeners may reserve a plot for $35 per growing season, payable to Old Haverford Friends Meeting, by December 1. All others should email garden [at] oldhaverford.org to be placed on a waiting list. Contact us. Prospective gardeners are also encouraged to download our agreement. |
